Our Business Plan Pricing Explained
Simplified IT support designed for SMEs
Built around three core plans, our pricing model is designed to suit small and medium businesses that need flexibility in their workforce. These plans deliver the essential IT services needed by different worker types.
Flexible IT services to meet changing business demands
We have been delivering rolling monthly contracts for nearly two decades, and many of our first customers are still with us. Some IT companies now offer monthly contracts, but these are usually based on fixed revenue. Our flexibility comes from an itemised billing approach where each individual worker or bolt-on service is it’s own subscription. Individual subscriptions could be for 30 or 365 day terms, giving you complete control over monthly costs without compromising on tools, support or security.
The right plan for everyone
The Secure Worker plan is our core offering which provides for the more traditional approach where we support and manage your whole IT operation from the cloud to end user devices. However, the need for contractors in the the gig economy, project staff, seasonal fluctuations or those working from home on personal devices, needs a robust approach to Bring Your Own Device (BYOD). Our Casual Worker offerings provide secure access to company data with support for company resources, but responsibility for the device compliance rests with the owner.
Our bolt-on services
In addition to worker plans, you may have additional requirements, such as telephone services and call plans, managed Teams Rooms equipment, CoPilot AI and other licenses or simple mailboxes for applications. We cater for all business requirements with additional subscriptions as required.
Typical cost ranges for SMEs
Our plans are completely scalable and our customers range from 1 – 300 end users. We also have enterprise plans for companies that require additional features or are above 300 workers. As an all inclusive IT service, which also includes all your MS365 licensing, when compared side by side with competitors, we are invariably cheaper. Our commitment to managing your costs comes from communication and finding the least cost method of delivering a requirement for only the time it is needed. Using our pricing calculator (below) you can get an idea of your core monthly expenditure, of course you can get in touch for an accurate quote.
